Speed Freaks supports recovery from addiction and mental distress through running, walking and connection. Our programme grows community, health, wellbeing and inclusion, delivered by volunteers and paid staff.

The Speed Freaks Charitable Trust was established in 2021, by registered social worker Anna Christophorou. Our genesis group began in 2017 with the first run group at Odyssey House.

Available to residential and day service providers in Ōtautahi and Tāmaki Makaurau. We are keen to offer groups beyond these regions but are currently at resource capacity.
